Soneya Verma

Soneya Verma is the Co-Founder of Seveneva Foundation, bringing a rare blend of education (MA, B.Ed) and people leadership (MBA—HR). She designs learner-centric sessions for schools and SHGs, strengthens field teams, and ensures each program is practical, inclusive, and measurable.
At Seveneva, Soneya co-leads Rural Development initiatives—WASH & School Health and Skills & Micro-enterprise—and supports community stewardship in Herbal Gardens and Tree-Planting. She also oversees HR, volunteer programs, safeguarding, and training quality, so partners and communities experience consistent, dignified delivery.
